i have been doing this for years and will try to explain it as best I can. Start by gathering all of your hair in a ponytail (no need for a ponytail holder) and twist all of the way down and wrap into a bun. Take the chopstick and insert it from the bottom of the bun towards the top. Start with the chopstick close to the head and work towards the top of the bun working it outward through the bun. It should stick out of the top of the bun at about a 30 degree angle from your head. Taking the bottom of the chopstick work it up to the top and stick the top of the stick back through. This creates a french twist effect. If this is uber confusing, please include details on where you are having difficulty and I will try to clarify. It is hard to explain without a visual. Good Luck!
