your going to have to use a razor tool...its alot harder than it looks so i recommend someone who knows what they are doing....by the way...if you already have thin hair....this wont work for you because to get this effect...you have to razor the ends off in layers...and this ends up thinning out your hair

take the picture in to your hair stylist and show them the picture and they'll cut it like that. And make sure that you get a hair stylist that knows what they're doing and are familiar to the style.

well, it depends whether or not your cutting it yourself. if your not, just print it out and take it to your stylist. but if your cutting it your self i guess you layer it, an notcut exactly straight (angeled), also just add a side swept bang. but if you don't have much experience cutting hair, i wouldn't recommend doing it yourself.
