how do you style your hair like this? you know, with that kind of puff at the top? i have NO clue how do do that, how do you style your hair with that puff at the top.

you take ur bangs and twist them onto the top of you ur head then bobby pin it to the top of ur head. if u wanted it poofyier you can rat it with a comb.
