Hair styles senior pictures?

Ok so my hairs to the end of my neck and my bangs are like to the end of my nose. They used to part really good to the side sooo what should I do color and all its dark brown right now but highlights but not blonde what style should I do can you add in som kool pictures of what I should do I dont really want to cut it tho color and bangs

Well short bangs are in right now so cut them short... like maybe right under your eyebrows [ the longest]. if you want it shorter, cut as you please. i cut my own hair all the time. .. and everybody else's so.. i have alot of experience. check out this picture.

But since you have short hair, cut your bangs to a short straight line, and get the rest of your hair layered. then change the color to auburn brown. well that's my suggestion... but im not sure if you'll like it or not.

lol sstyling gel wont cause you to lose hair. why? because gel was made to support your hair not to ruin it. but here's some advice... just put a moderate amount of it, don't put too much. not because you might lose hair, but it might ruin the growth.

mine was the same way a few months ago what i did was get a few inches taken off to clean up the ends than every morning while my hair is wet still i put about three squirts of loose gel in it and shake it out.

p.s. never blow dry it or brush it once it starts to dry..

You can use sweep-bangs to make the length of your forehead disappear - if not sweep bangs any sort of bangs, whatever you like most. That's all I really can say, I don't know what to do about the shaggyness overall...

I was going through the latest edition of Seventeen magazine (august 2007 with Hilary duff on the cover)

In the beauty section for straight haired people it had a great hairstyle (i think) for back to school! It had a lot of body but the layers looked perfect!!!! It didnt look like the stick straight hair styles i've been seeing latley. I tried each hairstyle and they both look great on me. SOOOOOO which one do you think would be great for school on the first day: the one with the body and cute layers or the straight shiny side part one???

Here is a hair style I really like.

You can have it up, or put it down.

Take a shower before you go to bed,

Towel dry.

Put into a messy, messy, messy bun.

You can do two pigtail buns, for different and better results.

Then put in lots of hairspray.

Sleep on it, but you might want to put your towel over your pillow so it doesn't get sticky with hairspray.

Take it out in the morning and put in some more hairspray.

And you are good to go.

It gives your hair a still wet look, and wavy.

My longest layer is about 2 1/2 inches below my shoulders and my shortest is a little above my chin. I LOVE french braids but i have random hairs that stick out, and I can't wear my hair down because I have Cheer ALL THE TIME. I also have layered hair every time i go to the hair salon and get my hair strainten my cousin says " Look at the layers Nejat has". I have long hair so yeah. But you should be proud if not cut youre hair short and wait for it to grow. There's my awnser.

Two questions really, no need to waste points, first, does anyone know what kind of "hair style" the doctors and nurses prefer for D Day? What kind did you have? How did you feel about it? If you were less than bushy,... how did you reach it to do it? I can barely reach it to wipe after I pee! and Also, I think I would like to try squatting as a labor and delivery position,... does any one have any experience with this? Does anyone have a picture or drawing of it,... sounds stupid, but I want to see what I am supposed to do, to make sure I am doing it right, and effectively. I have a book with some drawings of different positions for D Day, but not of this one. Thanks in advance guys.

as for the hair style, i don't think the doctors would have a preference, that subject never came up when i had my daughters a few years ago. i just kept mine trimmed short as a personal perference, and i had my partner help me keep up with that once i wasn't able to do it for myself. not sure about the labor positions, i had to stay laying down in bed for mine. good luck!

i just had my hair in a pony tail...i dont think the doc prefers it to be any way, just as long as it is outta the way! and as far as delivery goes, if you are going to a regular hospital they generally put women in the same position lying on their back with your legs up to your chest. if you are looking for alternate birthing styles, you would probably have to go with a midwife or some kind of alternate clinic or something...

Well I'm not up on all of the different positions as I've only watched and experianced the "legs in stirrups" position. As for hair styles, the doctors don't really care. They are going to be more focused on watching the baby come out and not how well you've taken car of your pubic hair. Hopefully no one should be filming or taking pictures of it down there so you shouldn't have to worry about impressing everyone. If you want to shave it, it is your choice, but remember that if you nick yourself down there you are going to be more prone to infection. As for reaching, well you could always get someone to help you, or you could just feel around to make sure you've gotten everything! Good luck and congrats!

If you are talking your "short and curlies" its up to you. They no longer shave you before delivery. I had a wax about a month prior to my giving birth so that I didn't have to worry about it.

Those sites have a wealth of information about hair maintenance, products and style tutorials. www.fotki.com is a site where people display pictures of various interests. There are a host of albums there with people who share pictures of there natural, Afro, hair texture with out chemical relaxers or thermal straightening in a multitude of styles.

I normally have problems with my hair as well because I have thick long ethnic hair. The one thing I know is that is normally the product I put in my hair that makes the difference. Before I would use anything on my hair and it just kept getting worst and worst . But since I been to one very very good stylist she has introduce me to a line of products that helps keep my hair in the style I want.

If you can get one stylist that is very formular about your type of hair texture (who is not afraid to work on you) and work with them in "trainning" your hair. Plus she(he) will teach you the techniques that is good for you....

When I used to have long hair, if I didnt use a hair relaxer it would form into the white-boy afro. I used a product from Sally Mays Beauty shop. All it was was a hair relaxer. Basically rub it in the hair wait for about 30 minutes and wash it out completely. It used to stay straight for a while. I dont remember how long but it was at least a couple of weeks.

I've used a cpl different kinds they all work about the same, none that I know of are miracle workers and make my hair stick straight I have to flat iron it if I am going for that straight of a look.

I think you have a complex... I'm five foot one as well and it never caused me any problems to try any style I chose... why try to look taller, be happy and walk tall... I never noticed lack of stature and birthed six children despite doctors saying that I wouldn't be able to!

I thought it took over the entire body. I didn't know you could get it in just spots. It may be that this is the beginning of the disease and the rest will follow. If so, the only thing you can do is get a wig.

take some hair styling wax, but a tiny bit on your fingertips [not to much or your hair will look greesy] and then run it through the top of your head at the roots and kind of shake it. like mess it all up like the way you shampoo your hair kind of. and the wax will keep it like that. I'd go to a Men's Hairstylist, not a regular Barber.....but, then looking at it again, it looks like a Regular mens' cut...but, a bit longer on the top....then when styling....just mess it up till you get the so-called, 'windswept, casual look'.

Question about growing out an outdated hair style?

I have thick hair and I get a lot of compliments how thick and healthy it is but for about 20 years I have had the 80s layered look and it almost looks like a mullet before I moved I cut it myself (which was dumb I know I was trying to save money) then I had a stylist shape it before I relocated.

Now I want to grow it all out one length so it will look updated in style and professional when I go back into the work force.

What are ways to style my hair while it is growing out what is a godd shampoo conditoner and gel to use that does not cost a lot of money. I can blow dry it back but it is still a little too short to pin the layers back without looking silly or goofy.

Any suggestions?

Bangs are easy. Just lift the hair in the front (where your bangs would be) and take a look. I cut myself bangs all the time. I just cut them a little longer so that if I don't feel like having them I can pin them back.

Curly hair is the best if it's long enough to do something!

First, leave it down, use a mousse to make it look great.

Second, you can leave half of it down and just put up half of it with a barette.

Third, you can make a pretty pony tail, it shows your face but we still see your curly hair in the back.

You can braid it or put it in piggy tails.

Personnally, I do two big French braids on top of my head and then I finish in a pony tail, it looks great and you can go to the beach or even take a nap and it doesn't move from an inch!

No. Actually styling products are good for your hair.

It depends on what type of things you are trying to do for your hair. My suggestion would be to first ..what is your hair type.

If you have dry hair, I would suggest always using a leave in conditioner before applying any type of styling aid.

Use Gels for controling hair acheiving smoothness or taming hair into particular styles.

Mousses %26amp; Volumizing aids or more for added volume or thin/fine hair.

Then there are other types of promenede(shine and smoothing), waxes(fliiping out or spiking hair) and other various forms of products( root lifters, texture paste, hairsprays, shine agents)

First.. do some re-search on what type of style or look you are trying to achieve, and always read the back of the product.

Make sure its a product that will complaint the style you are achieving and if you have any permed or color treated hair, make sure you always use a shampoo and conditioner for permed or colored treated hair.

If you use an over the counter product, and it doesn't have ingredients for protecting permed or colored treated hair. It may strip the hair and dull the color or dry out the hair.

Im a licensed hairdresser and I have tried over the counter products compared to salon products. And there is a big difference. First the styling aids will not harm your hair. As long as you use a really good shampoo and conditoner, you will be fine. Second, it does make a difference in your hair if you don't use a good shampoo and conditioner, plus, don't wash if every day.

If you go a day and let the natural oils stay in your hair, your hair will feel alot softer and smoother.

Too much shampooing can dry out your hair.

Don't use really HOT water when you wash your hair.

"TIP: When rinsing out the conditioner, make the water cool, it will give your hair added softness,shine and I notice it gives it alot of bouce and fullness"
