What I ment was how do all these characters get all these different hair styles in SCIII you cant bu

See watch go to BaneWolf's Soul Calibur III Cas Guide and find like all these characters have different Hairstyles that you cant buy in the Shop. They have like Highshort Ponytails, The Geisha hair style like Setsuka. (She's Awsome) They also have: Long hair (type x) and also: Priest wig,double pigtails like Talim's hair,they also just have regular pigtails not like the one Luna has. They just have alot of different hair styles,costumes et so go their and please tell me how to make characters like that. Because on my copy you cant buy those hair styles if unlockable i cant unlock them. So please tell me how to do it. Or please tell me how to get the hair styles

You cannot buy the original SCIII character's hair (but usually something close to it)...

and IIRC, you must progress through tale of soul (i forgot what its called, the story mode basically). to either unlock the hair or unlock it in the store for purchase (i believe its the latter). finish the whole thing to be able to buy everything.
