Back to School Hair Style?

I was going through the latest edition of Seventeen magazine (august 2007 with Hilary duff on the cover)

In the beauty section for straight haired people it had a great hairstyle (i think) for back to school! It had a lot of body but the layers looked perfect!!!! It didnt look like the stick straight hair styles i've been seeing latley. I tried each hairstyle and they both look great on me. SOOOOOO which one do you think would be great for school on the first day: the one with the body and cute layers or the straight shiny side part one???

Here is a hair style I really like.

You can have it up, or put it down.

Take a shower before you go to bed,

Towel dry.

Put into a messy, messy, messy bun.

You can do two pigtail buns, for different and better results.

Then put in lots of hairspray.

Sleep on it, but you might want to put your towel over your pillow so it doesn't get sticky with hairspray.

Take it out in the morning and put in some more hairspray.

And you are good to go.

It gives your hair a still wet look, and wavy.

I think the one with body and and cute layers ! That is how mine is and its great for summer !

Even if the straight one is more " in style" I say the Body and cute layers b/c ull get more looks and compliments with it!! Im sure ur a beautiful girl and either would look good. In the end im sure it will all come down to what U like best!!

i think the layered one but u should go with something new and fresh that will get attention but not so crazy that people say that u looked better last year...you want people to say u look much better

if u have trouble try edging out ur look from last year so it wont look so the same

The one with the body because it will still look wicked summer-y ,and i just think that it's so cute. But the striaght and shiny would be a good second day of school hair.

hey girl! look i was thinking, i donno you know me an style kinda stuff but i think you would look good with a shorter cut, maybe right at your shoulders, VERY layered and kinda flipped out at the ends. i think that would be really different for you, but i think it would look really good
