Can you hide the area by using headbands or barrettes to hold other hair over the area? Another possibility is to part your hair differently to try to hide the area.

Have you spoken to your doctor to see if there are topical (lotion or creme) applications that can be used to encourage hair growth?

I thought it took over the entire body. I didn't know you could get it in just spots. It may be that this is the beginning of the disease and the rest will follow. If so, the only thing you can do is get a wig.

Short of that you can try a Mohawk like Mr. T.
